Our customer support is available. Monday through Friday: 09:00AM to 6:00PM BJT; Saturday: 9:00AM to 5:00PM BJT; Sunday: Closed.<\/p>\n

Duties & Taxes<\/h4>\n

For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs and fees should be customers'(your) responsibilities. Resulting from the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide any estimate and quote of these amounts, so please contact local customs station with any problems or questions. If necessary, we will email you to confirm the details.<\/p>\n

Order Processing Time<\/h4>\n

We typically process and ship orders within 3 business days after receiving your bank transfer payment.<\/p>\n

Delivery Time<\/h4>\n

No doubt that we do our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs. E-packet and Post air mail service are available for the parcels weighing within 2KG only.
\nDHL usually takes about 5-9 working days. Better for Europe and Asia countries.
\nFedEx usually takes about 6-9 working days. Better for Europe and Asia countries.
\nUPS usually takes about 5-9 working days.
\nEMS usually takes about 7-18 working days which may be different from countries to countries. Better for Russia, South Korea, Japan and so on.
\nSF EXPRESS usually takes about 5-8 working days. Better for Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan.
\nE-packet usually takes about 10-18 working days or more, which is available for RU only.
\nPost air mail usually takes about 20-30 working days, but for most South America countries, it may take 30-60 working days.<\/p>\n
