Light up the night with this night vision camera module with infra-red LEDs, for Raspberry Pi!<\/p>\n

Available with ether a standard (70\u00b0) or a wide-angle (160\u00b0) lens, this camera has\u00a0IR LEDs that\u00a0allow the camera to see in the dark without\u00a0producing visible light.<\/p>\n

The camera itself has the same 5MP sensor as our other\u00a0Pi Zero camera modules\u00a0but it has a\u00a0full-sized cable connector and two camera cables so you can easily attach it to either a Raspberry Pi Zero W or a\u00a0full-sized Raspberry Pi. There’s also a handy little lens cap to protect the lens when not in use.<\/p>\n

Note\u00a0that the infra-red LEDs on these camera modules generate around 1W of heat when in use, as they’re pretty powerful to provide\u00a0good illumination. If you’re using the module in an\u00a0<\/strong>enclosure, then ensure that there’s adequate ventilation to keep the LEDs and your Raspberry Pi cool.<\/b><\/p>\n
